Ilkkas' Creative Studio ICS is here to make stories with impact and inspiration.
We believe in good stories, cooperation, and international creative teams. Our vision is to work with an international network model to produce a handful of high-level stories to screen yearly. The company is founded by two Ilkkas in the fall of 2022. They each have 20+ years of experience managing various media companies and productions in Finland and globally.

CHAIRPERSON, CREATIVE DIRECTOR
I am a Finnish entrepreneur and an audiovisual executive who loves powerful stories and purpose-driven business. Stories to screen and ideas into action. I am a co-founder of Aito Media, one of the biggest Finnish production companies, which I ran for 20 years as a CEO. The company was a part of Content Media (UK), and French Lagardére Studios (bought by Mediawan). So far, I have produced more than 1700 hours of programs with global talents. Chief Executive Officer
For the past 30 years, I have worked in various management positions within the commercial and public media field, including SBS and YLE, a Finnish Broadcasting company. As a manager and entrepreneur, I have reformed public and private media companies and developed successful media concepts with various partners globally. Most recently, I have built the Finnish City Tampere into a significant International Media Hub.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As a seasoned producer and executive producer with over decade of experience in the Finnish television industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role at ICS. Throughout my career, I have worked on a variety of genres, including factual programming, drama series, and large-scale entertainment shows.
I have honed my skills in project development while overseeing the creation of many successful series. My passion lies in creating teams that collaborate effectively and bring out the best in each other.
