We believe in good stories, cooperation, and international creative teams. Our vision is to work with an international network model to produce a handful of high-level stories to screen yearly. The company is founded by two Ilkkas in the fall of 2022. They each have 20+ years of experience managing various media companies and productions in Finland and globally.

ILKKA HYNNINEN
CHAIRPERSON, CREATIVE DIRECTOR
I am a Finnish entrepreneur and an audiovisual executive who loves powerful stories and purpose-driven business. Stories to screen and ideas into action. I am a co-founder of Aito Media, one of the biggest Finnish production companies, which I ran for 20 years as a CEO. The company was a part of Content Media (UK), and French Lagardére Studios (bought by Mediawan). So far, I have produced more than 1700 hours of programs with global talents. ILKKA RAHKONEN
co-founder
For the past 30 years, I have worked in various management positions within the commercial and public media field, including SBS and YLE, a Finnish Broadcasting company. As a manager and entrepreneur, I have reformed public and private media companies and developed successful media concepts with various partners globally. Most recently, I have built the Finnish City Tampere into a significant International Media Hub.
ERNA AALTO
EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
As a seasoned producer and executive producer with over decade of experience in the Finnish television industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my role at ICS. Throughout my career, I have worked on a variety of genres, including factual programming, drama series, and large-scale entertainment shows.
I have honed my skills in project development while overseeing the creation of many successful series. My passion lies in creating teams that collaborate effectively and bring out the best in each other.
JARKKO HENTULA
CCO, feature films
At 16, I fell in love with films after seeing Alan Parker’s 'Birdy.' At 23, I fell in love with filmmaking after my first film gig as a driver’s assistant. Three decades later, having produced over thirty features and TV series, I am still in love with films. And I believe I now know how to make them. But, as William Goldman taught us, 'Nobody knows anything.' At least I know that. I think.

PETJA PELTOMAA
Writer, Director, Showrunner
I am a fiction screenwriter at heart, with many years of experience as a director on a music entertainment show and as a showrunner for a daily hospital series. Worth mentioning.
My greatest desire lies in development. I have created some of the most-watched shows in Finland. In the future, I wish to produce programs of the highest possible quality and with the best professionals, both domestically and internationally. Having already worked in film and TV, across both fiction and entertainment, I'm confident there are still new doors yet to be opened!
