ICS Nordic is producing Antti Heikki Pesonen’s new feature film A Little Story about Love (Pieni tarina rakkaudesta)

ICS Nordic is producing Antti Heikki Pesonen’s new feature film A Little Story about Love (Pieni tarina rakkaudesta). The film will start shooting in Vantaa, Finland in August 2026. The film centers on two thirty somethings, Juppe and Taina. They meet, they fall in love and then they have to decide, if they can live happily ever after. A Little Story about Love is warm, rough and uplifting story about people in suburbs.

The film’s main financiers are Yleisradio and Finnish Foundation. Cinemanse will handle the Finnish distribution. The film will premiere at cinemas in Fall 2027.

The film is written and directed by Antti Heikki Pesonen, whose earlier credits include award-winning debut feature Headfirst (Päin seinää) and TV series Forgiven (Kaikki anteeksi). Jarkko Hentula will produce the film for ICS Nordic. The main cast will be announced later.
